My favorite thing about the experience was that he listened to our criteria and camping style and recommended a few units on his lot. But he didn’t push us toward the most expensive campers. Instead he found the best matches for what we told him we wanted. After five years of window shopping we finally found “the one” and we’re happy he was our match-maker. We’d come back to Collier.

Kevin, our salesman is the best salesperson I have ever come across in any purchase (home, auto, furniture, etc.). He is friendly, knowledgeable and asks the right questions to not seem intrusive but to ensure we are getting the proper vehicle to fit our needs. Whenever we have an issue with the trailer, they are right on it. They get to it and fix it or they will search and do what they can to try to find out how to fix the problem. There are great bunch of people in the service their service department manager Angie is an absolute lifesaver

The customer service here is excellent. Today we had an issue with our hitch. We went from the campground to Collier, bought a $20 part and the put it on for free! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to everyone.

Well I'll start with this, don't even bother with Camping World!! I went there first because I had forgotten about Collier because with all the construction going on right by them I had been avoiding the area. Camping World felt like a shady car dealership! The started off wanting to know how much I had to put down. I told them what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. They were trying to tell me what I could afford. Repeated several times what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. So then she finally shows me some campers that were cheaply made. Then I remembered collier! Wes Griffith was super nice and laid back. He showed me EXACTLY what I was looking for and they didn't try to jerk me around or anything! What a great experience I had dealing with them from beginning to end! I would definitely recommend Collier to anyone looking for a camper.

We had a trailer brake issue on Saturday afternoon about 1:00 while on our way home to Buffalo NY from across country. We were 9 minutes from Collier RV when we checked Google. We called and were so grateful to speak with Angela in the service dept who said to come right in and she’d do what she could to have it checked. Thorough, kind and personable, Angela talked to the mechanics and they took our trailer right back. The mechanics were great and took care of our problem and we were able to continue to home. We were happy with all the people who helped us with our used 2018 Jayco 5th wheel.... It's to bad we couldn't have a test run like you do with a car .. .. we have some issues that came up once we brought it home.... The light under the microwave flicker's all the time..the elbow under the sink leaked..the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken.. many trim boards were loose...
